Out with the old
With an existing R-Value so low, 3 layers of closed cell foam were added to bring the total exterior insulation to 5" (R-25) Higher comfort, lower energy cost.
New vinyl deck membrane. No more splinters, no more painting or sealing. Easy to clean and nice to look at.
Layer by layer and row after row. Ensuring the best results can be tedious and time consuming but in the end you are left with a install that it sure to last for years to come.
A little color contrast.
Lux soffit, vinyl decking, steel clad posts and beams as well as powder coated aluminum railings.
Project Complete
Everything starts with a good foundation. These helical piles are a great option and will have no problem carrying the load of this new enclosed deck. The set bolt will hold the saddle to the piling but let just weld it to be sure.
Engineered/Insulated slab. Ready for the hard work.
